Why PDF Newsletters?

A PDF newsletter is virtually the same as a print newsletter as far as layout and content are concerned.

While most agents choose PRINT or email, a newsletter in PDF offers the flexibility some agents want. You can post them to your website, email them and include them in your business proposals.

Some agents get a PDF in addition to their PRINT order. The pricing for PDF is the same as email, but a PDF is included free with print orders of more than 100.

Is there a setup fee, and what if I want to cancel?

There is no setup fee. We require a minimum commitment of three issues, and subscriptions are ongoing. To cancel, just give us a 60-day notice, and we’ll handle the rest.

 
 
 

What customization options do I have for my newsletter?

We’ll create a customized color masthead featuring your agency’s name, logo, and even photos. You’ll receive a proof for approval before we move forward. Plus, you can use color in your masthead to make your brand stand out, at no additional cost.

 
 
 

What if there’s an article I don’t want or I’d like to substitute something else?

You can either provide your own article or choose from thousands of articles in our Content Warehouse.

 
 
 

Can I preview the content of my newsletter in advance?

Yes! Simply let us know you’d like to be a “reviewer,” and we’ll send you a text version of your upcoming newsletter about 5 days before the content is finalized.

 
 
 

Can I get add a PDF to my print or email order?

Yes, if you order at least 100 print newsletters or 1000+ email newsletters, you can get a PDF of your newsletter at no additional cost.
